Does Canberra Mobile Ensuite deliver, set up and collect the portable ensuite / bathroom?
Yes. We deliver, set up and collect the unit (upon completion of the hire term). In relation to the set-up, we connect the unit to your water and electricity supply, as well as your sewer line. In addition, we supply an electrical extension cord and the hoses to your garden tap and sewer line.
What is the minimum hire period?
Our minimum hire period is 5 or 6 days.
Is use of the portable ensuite / bathroom covered by Canberra Mobile Ensuite’s insurance?
No, it isn’t. Canberra Mobile Ensuite strongly recommends that customers take out adequate insurance to cover all potential liabilities that could arise from their use of the portable ensuite / bathroom.
Does Canberra Mobile Ensuite service areas outside of Canberra?
Generally speaking, we service the Canberra and Queanbeyan regions. However, customers outside these regions can access our service – provided they’re willing to pay the Remote Area Charges specified in our Hire Form.
Am I required to sign an agreement and prove identify prior to the hire?
Yes. All customers are required to sign a Hire Form and provide evidence of a valid driver’s licence within 24 hours of confirming the booking.
When do I pay for the service?
Hire payments must be made in advance (and in full) prior to the start of the hire period.
What forms of payment does Canberra Mobile Ensuite accept?
We accept cash, credit / debit card (via mobile EPTPOS terminal) and internet payments into our bank account.
Do I have to clean the portable ensuite / bathroom when I’m finished with it?
Yes. The unit must be returned in the same state of cleanliness (inside and out) that it was supplied in; otherwise, a $150.00 cleaning fee is payable.
Can I move the portable ensuite / bathroom once it is set up?
No. The hirer must NOT attempt at any stage to move the unit.
Do I need to keep the portable ensuite / bathroom locked if I leave the site?
Yes. The customer must secure the unit at all times and keep the keys under their control.
What happens if I damage the portable ensuite / bathroom?
Customers are liable for any loss or damage to the unit.
